We will communicate with you to ensure that we understand what you are looking to achieve, this information will then be used to inform our search for a suitable tenant and to ensure that we offer you relevant advice.

Introduction only service:

• The property is prepared for rent to meet requirements
• Maximise on finding you a suitable tenant by producing colour details and using quality local advertising with photographs
• Available on our own professional website & Rightmove to access both local & national enquiries

Fully managed service – in addition to above:

• We continue to take responsibility for managing the property & tenancy, to include maintenance matters & renewing agreements
• Interim inspections are carried out
• The end of tenancy is arranged on your behalf; at this stage the final inspection and deposit arrangements will be completed by us.

Our service continues to develop as legal requirements change, ensuring that we apply relevant procedures and records effectively. You can be confident that as your agent we will endeavour to offer an efficient, comprehensive, quality service with competitive fees.

Tenants

If you are looking to rent a property our experienced team will be able to advise you of the application and tenancy process. To assist you further written guidance and information is provided at each stage.

If the property is managed by our company we will continue to communicate with you effectively throughout the tenancy; any maintenance matter will be managed efficiently and advice will still be available in relation to your tenancy.
